Ingredients
3 peaches
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ small fresh chilli, fine chopped
Fresh whipped cream
Directions
Preheat BBQ grill.
Halve the peaches and remove the stone. Place cut side down on an oiled BBQ for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the chilli with SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR. When the peaches are browned, turn over and fill the cavities with the vinegar mixture. Cook a further 3 minutes then serve topped with fresh whipped cream.
