Ingredients
4 tbsp butter
½ onion, grated
½ cup FENUGREEK MUSTARD
¼ cup sugar, brown
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY or
½ cup SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 bay leaf
Directions
Heat the butter until frothy then sauté onions until clear. Stir in the rest, including FENUGREEK MUSTARD, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR or SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR and simmer slowly for about 30 minutes. Use this sauce toward the end of barbecuing meat as the sugar will quickly caramelize, then burn.
