Ingredients
450 ml lager
1 cup beef stock
1 head roasted garlic, processed into a paste
¼ cup rice bran oil
¼ cup SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup yellow mustard
¼ cup Beef BBQ dry rub
2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Place beef stock, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, Beef BBQ dry rub and all ingredients in a mason jar or other airtight container. Cover and shake vigorously. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
