Ingredients

500 g blade, shin or gravy-beef
1 large onion, sliced
150 g button mushrooms, halved
3 tbsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
2 tbsp rice bran oil
Wattie's Beef Bourguignon Sauce
1 cup surprise peas

Directions

Cut meat into 2-3 cm cubes and marinate in SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE for 4 hours.
Pre-heat oven to 160°C. Sear beef over a high heat to brown then transfer to a casserole dish. Add onion to pan and cook until slightly soft. Add mushrooms and cook a further 2 minutes. Pour in the Bourguignon Sauce and stir to simmer then pour over the meat and add peas. Cover and place in the oven. Cook for 2-2½ hours until meat is tender or in a slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours.
