Ingredients
250 g beef cheeks
2 onions, sliced
50 g butter
2 OXO cubes
½ cup boiling water
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Cornflour or Gravy Mix to thicken
Directions
Pan fry cheeks until brown and crusty on both sides then put into slow cooker. Sauté onions in the pan then put into slow cooker. Crumble OXO cubes into boiling water to dissolve then add to frypan to deglaze, scrape the bits from the pan then add all to the slow cooker. Toss in SIDS CRAZY SALT and any vegetables you want, then cook for 8 hours.
Thicken with gravy mix or cornflour if necessary then serve.
