Ingredients
500 g beef cut into bite-size cubes
1 tsp rice bran oil
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ onion, diced
½ carrot, grated
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 cup beef stock
1 tbsp flour, or more
Directions
Preheat oiled frypan then brown meat on all sides and season it with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Add diced onions and grated carrots to the mixture. Cook until the vegetables soften then blitz as required.
Stir in flour to the mixture. Add in stock. Turn the heat on low, add SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and leave it simmering until thick as you want. Blitz as necessary.
