Ingredients
1 kg ground beef
1 onion grated
⅓ cup parsley, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sumac
⅓ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Soak the wooden skewers in a tray with water while you prepare the recipe.
Place SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix them by hand until all the mixture is well-combined.
Wrap the meat mixture around the wooden stick, creating about 2 cm of thickness and leaving 5-7 cm of space empty at the bottom.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush grill grates with oil.
Grill the kebabs for about 8-10 minutes, turning the skewer every few minutes to create grill marks on all sides.
Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
