Ingredients

1 iceberg lettuce
500 g schnitzel, 1 cm strips
2 litres clear beef stock
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup SIDS GARLIC SAUCE
1 spring onion, chopped

Directions

Marinate beef in soy sauce & SIDS GARLIC SAUCE. Heat stock to boiling. Add beef and simmer 1 minute then remove from heat.
Rip the lettuce into chunks (do not cut) and place in soup bowls. Pour liquid into bowls and divide up the beef and spring onion into the bowls.
Serve immediately.
