Ingredients

500 g ground beef
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
½ cup peanut sauce
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
6 large lettuce leaves
1 orange bell pepper, slice into strips
¼ cup sriracha mayo
¼ cup coriander, roughly chopped
1 lime

Directions

Preheat a pan over medium-high heat. Add in the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
When the beef is almost fully cooked, add in the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ¼ cup of peanut sauce, SIDS CRAZY SALT and the grated ginger. Stir to combine everything together.
To assemble the beef lettuce wraps, place a lettuce leaf in the palm of your hand and top it with a bit of the seasoned beef and sliced bell pepper. Drizzle the wrap with a little sriracha mayo and peanut sauce. Garnish with coriander and drizzle lime juice. Enjoy.
