Ingredients
250 g noodles (cooked according to packet)
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ cup hot boiled water
3 beef OXO cubes
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
Rice bran oil, for frying
500 g beef
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 large carrots
2 cup broccoli
1 large onion
4 garlic cloves
Directions
Into hot, boiled water add OXO cubes and brown sugar then stir to dissolve. Add soy sauce and set aside.
Dice carrots, broccoli and onion into 5 cm pieces. Pre-slice beef into very thin strips then marinate for 5 minutes in SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. In a hot frypan with sesame oil, cook beef until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside.
Using the same pan that was used to cook beef, sauté onions until golden brown with sesame oil. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté carrots until softened, add broccoli and cook for about three minutes. Press garlic into the same mixture.
Add cooked beef into the pan with vegetables. Pour sauce over the ingredients and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add cooked noodles and toss everything together.
Into a large dish, combine noodles, vegetables and beef. Toss to bring everything together and serve while still hot.
