Noodle rolls are formed from a long rice noodle sheet that is wrapped around a filling of barbecued pork, beef, shrimp, spring onions or a Chinese donut then served with soy sauce.

Ingredients

255 g ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 tbsp chicken broth
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp Chinese rice wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
4 fresh rice noodle rolls

Directions

Combine the ground beef, egg, chicken broth, cornflour, oyster sauce, soy sauce, SIDS CRAZY SALT, rice wine, sesame oil, spring onions and coriander then set aside.
Carefully unroll the rice noodle rolls. Trim each in a rectangle approximately 15x17 cm. Divide the filling among the rolls, then re-roll the noodles.
Put the rolls on a plate in a large bamboo steamer, cover and steam for 5 minutes. Serve the rolls cut into pieces and drizzled with light soy sauce or oyster sauce.
