Ingredients
1 piece shoulder chuck
2 tsp SIDS GARLIC SAUCE
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
4-8 washed potatoes
2 stalks celery, 2 cm lengths
3 carrots, 2 cm lengths
3 onions, quartered
400 g can tomatoes in juice
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ tsp sugar
Directions
Spray the bowl with oil and turn cooker to LOW. Mix together SIDS GARLIC SAUCE and soy sauce.
Using a paper towel, pat dry the pot roast then rub all over with the sauce mixture.
In a bowl, thoroughly mix together SIDS CRAZY SALT, oregano, cumin and paprika. Rub over the top half of the meat then place in the cooker. Arrange vegetables around the meat then pour the tomatoes and juice over the vegetables. Cook for 8 hours.
Tip liquid into a frypan, boil rapidly for a few minutes then thicken with arrowroot or a paste of cornflour and water. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and sugar.
