Beef potato croquettes are Indonesian fried potato patties, made of fried mashed potatoes and then mixed or filled with ground beef.

Ingredients
POTATO:--
500 g potato
45 g Cheddar cheese
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp garlic powder
BEEF PATTY:--
400 g ground beef
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp garlic powder
FINALLY:--
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
100 g flour
1 egg
150 g bread crumbs
Directions
POTATO:
Cut each potato into 8 parts then fry until nice and golden, but not too dry. Place the fried potatoes into a bowl, then mash until smooth. Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER, garlic powder and shredded cheddar cheese into mash potato. Mix, then set aside.
BEEF PATTY:
Mix ground beef with SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and garlic powder. Divide into 4 parts then make into a beef patty.
Fry the beef patties until both sides slightly brownish.
After the patties are cooked, rest on a cooling rack to remove excess oil.
BEEF POTATO CROQUETTES:
Divide mashed potato into 4 parts, then flatten to 5 mm thick. Place beef patty and mozzarella cheese above it then wrap it into mashed potato. In a frypan, preheat the cooking oil over medium-high heat, about 170°C.
Coat the beef potato croquettes respectively with flour mix, egg wash and then bread crumbs. Fry the beef potato croquettes until nice and golden.
After the beef potato croquettes are cooked, rest them on a cooling rack to remove excess oil.
