Ingredients

2 kg beef
¼ cup GF soy sauce
½ cup teriyaki sauce
2 tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1 cup red wine
1 green bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 orange bell pepper, cut into cubes
250 g button mushrooms
1 large red onion cut into pieces
2 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Cut beef into 3 cm cubes. Place meat in a deep dish. Cover with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, wine and SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Cut bell peppers, mushrooms and onions into 3 cm cubes. Place them in a large bowl and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Thread beef, mushrooms, bell peppers and onion on to a skewer. (Make sure each side is flat or some of it will not be cooked) Try to alternate the colours for great presentation.
Grill for about 3 minutes per side, until the outside has a nice crust.
Rest skewers for about 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
