Ingredients
1 kg long grain rice
1 litre GF chicken stock
1 cup shallots, sliced
24 wooden skewers
1 cup GF soy sauce
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 kg rump steak, cubed
6 orange capsicums, sliced
8 shallots, cut in pieces
2 cups SIDS PLUM SAUCE
Directions
Cook rice but substitute chicken stock for water. While cooking, add shallots. Hold warm. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 1 hour. Prepare steak marinade by combining soy sauce and SIDS CRAZY SALT. Place steak in marinade and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
Alternately arrange 4 marinated beef cubes, 4 capsicum pieces and 3 shallot pieces into a skewer. Grill to taste.
For each serving, place 1 cup of rice on a serving plate. Arrange 2 skewers on a plate. Serve each portion with a couple of tablespoons of SIDS PLUM SAUCE.
