Ingredients

1 tbsp rice bran oil
500 g lean ground beef
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small orange bell pepper, chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tbsp cumin
½ tbsp chilli powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
480 g can kidney beans or your favourite bean, rinsed
⅔ cup chicken stock
¾ cup mild rotel
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Sour cream, optional
Grated cheese, optional

Directions

Heat oil in a medium sized soup pot, then add beef, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and bell pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until beef is browned. Add chicken stock, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all remaining ingredients and stir. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Simmer over low heat about 30 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and grated cheese if desired.
