Ingredients

400 g beef rump or sirloin steak
6 red onions, thin sliced
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp thyme, rough chopped
¼ cup SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
4 tbsp rice bran oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp rosemary, chopped finely
50 g crème fraîche
150 g soft blue cheese
2 tbsp marjoram, rough chopped

Directions

Sauté onions, sugar and SIDS CRAZY SALT in a little rice bran oil for 30 minutes until onions are soft. Add thyme and SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and cook a further 5 minutes.
Heat a BBQ grill or char grill until very hot. Rub the beef with a little oil and a sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT. Place on the hot grill for 6 minutes, turning every 30 seconds. Remove to a plate, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 8 minutes. Slice the beef thinly across the grain. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss gently together.
Serve on warmed plates and sprinkle with watercress leaves.
