Ingredients
350 g rump steak, trimmed
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp rice bran oil
300 ml beef stock
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced in rings
5 tomatoes, quartered
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp saké or dry sherry
1 tbsp cold water
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Noodles to serve
Directions
Slice the steak thinly. Sprinkle lightly with SIDS CRAZY SALT to stand for 10 minutes. Bring the stock to the boil and add the beef for 2 minutes, stirring. Remove the beef and let rest. Stir-fry garlic and onions for a few seconds then add the beef then tomatoes and stirfry on HIGH for 1 minute.
Mix the tomato paste, sugar, sherry and water together in a small bowl. Stir into the wok, add SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and stirfry a further minute until sauce is hot.
Serve in heated bowls with noodles.
