Ingredients
1 kg spicy sausage
¼ cup butter
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 red onion, sliced into 1 cm rings
1 red bell pepper, sliced in 1 cm rings
1 orange bell pepper, sliced in 1 cm rings
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced in 1 cm rings
4-5 cans beer
1 heavy duty foil baking pan (35 x 28 x 8 cm)
10 brat bread rolls
Directions
Place foil baking pan over medium heat on a gas or charcoal grill, add butter. Grill until butter is melted. Add SIDS CRAZY SALT, onion and peppers then cover with foil and grill for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender. Add beer then hold, uncovered, on grill.
Grill brats according to package directions. When brats are cooked, place in hot tub.
Serve brats with peppers and onions on a bread roll.
