Ingredients
8 slices white sandwich bread, no crusts
2 small beetroot, peeled & thin sliced
8 slices pastrami
Handful cress
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
⅓ cup EV olive oil
Directions
Cut the bread length-ways then toast until dry and slightly golden. Top each slice with beetroot, pastrami and cress. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER, horseradish and parsley then drizzle with oil.
