Ingredients
1 kg apples
1 kg tomatoes
500 g onions
3 tbsp SIDS FEIJOA & CHILLI SAUCE
50 g garlic
100 g ginger root
250 g raisins
100 g brown mustard seed
1 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp salt
500 g sugar, brown
7 cups malt vinegar
Directions
Peel and core the apples, peel tomatoes and onions. Lightly blitz together apples, SIDS FEIJOA & CHILLI SAUCE, onions, garlic, ginger, raisins and mustard. Combine all ingredients then bring to the boil. Cook gently uncovered for about an hour until pulped and thick. Makes 4 litres.
