Ingredients

500 g beef mince
1 tsp rice bran oil
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1½ cups finely shredded cabbage
1 onion, diced
390 g pizza dough
4 slices tasty cheese

Directions

Heat oil in a large cast iron frypan to medium-high. Add beef in one even layer, season the top with SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT and paprika. Sear 2 minutes, untouched, to brown.
Using a heat-proof spatula, chop up beef and stir. Top with cabbage and onion then sear 2 more minutes untouched. Continue chopping up beef, folding in the cabbage and onions then sear 3 more minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Open pizza dough onto a clean surface. Form a 30 by 35 cm rectangle, cut into 4 equal sized rectangles. Place a slice of cheese in the centre of each rectangle.
Mound a quarter of the beef mixture on top of each slice of cheese, fold each corner of the dough in to the middle, pinching seams shut with fingers.
Place seam-side-down on sheet pan lined with baking paper or nonstick baking mat. Bake 6 minutes, rotate pan 180 degrees and bake 6 more minutes until golden crisp.
