Ingredients

2 tbsp rice bran oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 large onions, chopped
2 tbsp Spanish paprika or mild chilli powder
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tbsp ground cumin
3 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 x 400 g cans chopped tomatoes
2 x 400 g cans black beans, rinsed & drained
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
SERVE:-- crumbled feta cheese
soured cream
avocado chunks
sliced radishes
chopped spring onions

Directions

In a large pot, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onions for 5 minutes until almost softened. Add paprika, SIDS CRAZY SALT and cumin, cook for a few minutes, then add SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, sugar, tomatoes and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Cook for 10 minutes.
Pour in the beans and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice and the accompaniments of your choice in small bowls.
