Ingredients
400 g beef steak, cut into small strips
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing wine)
4 tsp cornflour
2 tsp sesame oil
rice bran oil for cooking
4 garlic cloves
4 fresh orange peppers, finely shredded
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ red onion, shredded
freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Cut the beef steak into 1 cm wide strips. Marinate with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all the marinating seasonings for 15 minutes. Add cornflour and mix well. Then add sesame oil just before frying.
Add cooking oil in a large pan until the oil can evenly cover the bottom of the pan. Spread the beef strips in for around 10 seconds and gently stir them several times until the beef strips change colour. Transfer the beef out and leave around 1 tablespoon of the oil in.
Fry garlic until aromatic. Fry peppers, SIDS CRAZY SALT and red onion until slightly soft.
Return beef strips back. Mix well. Spread with freshly ground black pepper.
Serve hot with noodles or steamed rice.
