500 g cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
500 g tomatoes, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 bunch coriander, chopped
¾ cup Bloody Mary mix
2 limes
Kaitaia Fire, to taste
SIDS SALT & PEPPER, to taste


Mix well and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
To serve, pile everything on to chinese soup spoons with a small piece of tender celery leaf.
