Ingredients

380 g pasta shells
2 tbsp rice bran oil
6 spring onions, chopped
150 g blue cheese
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 tbsp chopped chives to garnish

Directions

Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
Meanwhile, add oil to a large pan and cook spring onions 2-3 minutes. Add cheese and stir while they blend into a smooth sauce.
Drain pasta and transfer to a warmed serving bowl. Stir in the sauce and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
