Ingredients

1 litre milk
195 g sugar
1 egg
1 kg flour
1 tsp rice bran oil
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Rice bran oil, for frying

Directions

Mix SIDS CRAZY SALT and all the ingredients into a dough. Add enough flour to keep the dough from sticking to your hands. Keep kneading the dough to a consistent texture.
Wrap the dough in cellophane bags to stand in a rather cool place for one day until it rises. If room temperature is so high that the dough may turn sour, you can put the dough in the bottom rack of the fridge.
Take pieces as big as walnuts from the dough, and on a floured work bench roll them flat, but not too thin, using a rolling pin or your hands.
Fry them in hot oil.
