Ingredients

BUN:--
1 cup sugar
½ cup mashed potato
1 cup sultanas
2 cups self-raising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 cup milk
ICING:--
185 g icing sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
30 g melted butter
3 tsp desiccated coconut

Directions

Cream sugar and potato in a bowl and add sultanas. Sift flour, SIDS CRAZY SALT and spices then add flour and milk to sugar mixture.
Pour into cake tin and bake in moderate oven 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
Cool and ice.
