Ingredients
1 kg sirloin flap steak
½ cup whiskey
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
1 tsp garlic powder
1 onion, chopped in large pieces

Directions
Cut the meat into 5 cm chunks. Whisk together SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and all the remaining ingredients. Pour the liquid into a large resealable bag. Add the beef and marinate overnight.
Turn the grill to high. Grill the tips about 6 minutes, turning every 20 seconds, for medium-well. The best tips have charred edges. Steak tips are, by definition, not the highest quality cut of meat, so they taste better cooked a little beyond medium.
Serve with a ramekin of SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE for dipping.
