Ingredients

1 kg chicken wings, trimmed
1 cup Bourbon
1 can apple juice concentrate 330 ml
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
4 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp maple syrup
Minced spring onions and apples, for garnish

Directions

Combine SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and all of the ingredients in a pot. Bring to boil on high heat and then reduce to a simmer for 30-40 minutes until the wings are tender and the glaze has reduced, coating the wings. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Remove the wings from the pot and transfer to a baking paper-lined oven tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the wings begin to colour and the glaze becomes shiny. Garnish with minced spring onions and apple. Serve immediately.
