Ingredients
250 ml SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
2 tbsp bourbon
1 kg chicken breast
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
6 slices uncooked bacon, cut into small pieces
Directions
Set the grill to medium-high.
In a small bowl, combine SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and bourbon and mix well.
In a food processor, combine SIDS SALT & PEPPER, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar and bacon. Pulse until completely smooth.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces then put in a bowl and rub with the bacon paste. Once well-coated, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until nearly cooked through.
Brush the kebabs with the bourbon barbecue sauce and cook for an additional minute on each side.
Serve with the remaining BBQ sauce.
