Ingredients
4 skinless, chicken breast halves
1 tsp ground ginger
½ cup GF soy sauce
2 tbsp dried minced onion
½ cup packed brown sugar
⅜ cup bourbon
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Place chicken breasts in a 23 x 33 cm baking dish. In a small bowl combine the ginger, soy sauce, onion flakes, sugar, bourbon and SIDS CRAZY SALT. Mix together and pour mixture over chicken. Cover dish and place in refrigerator. Marinate overnight.
Preheat oven to 165°C.
Remove dish from refrigerator and remove cover. Bake in oven, basting frequently, for 1½ hours until chicken is well browned and juices run clear.
