Fine slices of cucumber braided with a nori leaf garnished with avocado and omelette surimi, all rolled up to make a maki.

Ingredients

1 cucumber
Sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 sheet of nori
200 g of sushi rice
3 slices of avocado
3 pieces of surimi
4 rectangles of omelette
Sesame seeds

Directions

Place a sheet of plastic film on your work surface. Slice the cucumber with a vegetable slicer to make 20 very thin strips. Lightly sprinkle SIDS CRAZY SALT all over the strips. Place 10 strips horizontally on the film. Then place the remaining strips of cucumber vertically, making a braid pattern.
Place a sheet of nori on the braided cucumber. Spread the sushi rice on top of the nori leaf, leaving a little space at the bottom. Arrange the surimi, avocado slices and omelette pieces on top.
Roll tight and stand for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with soy sauce.
