Ingredients
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp iodised salt
1 kg strong bread flour
1 tbsp yeast
950 ml lukewarm water
Directions
Stir all ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY SALT, together with no lumps forming a wet dough. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature then bake in a hot oven 200-220°C for about 1 hour.
Serve warm.
