Ingredients
1 medium leek, (white portion only) finely chopped
3 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup cream
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Dash ground nutmeg
55 g miniature phyllo tart shells
55 g Brie cheese, rind removed
Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
In a small frypan, sauté leek in butter until tender. Add the garlic then cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the cream, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and nutmeg then cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes.
Place tart shells on a baking tray. Slice cheese into 15 pieces then place 1 piece in each tart shell. Top each with 1½ tsp leek mixture.
Bake at 175°C until heated through, 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Refrigerate leftovers.
