Ingredients
8 litres cold water
3 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
300 cc soy sauce
½ cup salt
½ cup white sugar
2 tbsp dried sage
2 tbsp dried celery seed
1 tbsp dried thyme
Directions
The night before roasting, remove giblets and turkey neck then rinse turkey inside and out. In a large stock pot, mix water and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE with remaining ingredients. Stir well until all the salt is dissolved. Place turkey in the pot cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Remove turkey from the brine, rinsing well. Follow your regular cooking instructions.
