Ingredients
2 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
¼ cup red onion, chopped small
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
¼ tsp chilli flakes
¼ cup vegetable stock
½ cup carrot, shredded
¼ cup cashews
2 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp raw sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
In a large frypan on high heat, add the broccoli, onion, garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT, mushrooms, red pepper, ginger, and vegetable stock. Cook, stirring often until broccoli is soft and onions are translucent. Add stock, or more as needed to prevent the vegetables from sticking.
Stir in the carrot, cashews, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, soy sauce, and raw sugar. Stir well and simmer for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve alone or on top of quinoa or brown rice.
