Ingredients

1 pie crust
1½ cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup Gruyere cheese, grated
1 cup cream
3 large eggs
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Place pie crust into a pie pan. (use a 20 cm wide pan that's 7 cm deep) Trim off extra crust around the edges.
Place baking paper on top of the crust and weigh it down with peas, dried beans, or pie weights. Bake the crust at 190°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Fill the baked crust with the broccoli and cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs together with the cream. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Pour the egg mixture into the quiche. Bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes until the centre is fully set. Slice and enjoy for breakfast or brunch.
