Ingredients
12 wooden skewers
½ cup dry vermouth
¼ cup soy sauce
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
¼ cup freshly grated ginger
1 clove garlic
36 large shrimp, tails removed
2 tbsp rice bran oil
Chopped chives
Directions
Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
Combine vermouth, soy sauce, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and marinate, 20-60 minutes.
Preheat oven grill with rack 9-10 cm away from heat.
Drain shrimp and skewers then discard marinade. Thread shrimp on skewers and brush with oil, dividing evenly. Place on a foil-lined baking tray. Grill, until cooked through, 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve sprinkled with chives.
