Ingredients
340 g frozen peas, slightly thawed
6 tbsp butter
1½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
12 garlic cloves, peeled
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Melt the butter in a frypan until it’s just turning brown then remove from the heat.
Put the peas in an oven dish and pour the butter over the top. Add the garlic cloves and toss to coat the peas in the butter.
Roast for 20 minutes, tossing once between cooking. Remove from the oven, season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then toss once more and then serve immediately.
