Ingredients
1.5 kg salmon fillets
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 lemon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and Dijon mustard in a small bowl with a whisk.
Generously apply the brown sugar glaze onto the salmon fillets. It's okay if it drips off the sides. Bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes. (Note: Salmon is cooked when its internal temperature reaches 63°C)
Before serving, squeeze lemon juice on top of the fillets. Enjoy!
