Ingredients
500 g bacon
1 cup brown sugar
500 g mini sausages or saveloys
3 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
12 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Mix SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and brown sugar together.
Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each strip around a sausage. Skewer the sausages (3 per skewer) and arrange on a baking tray then coat liberally with the sugar mixture.
Bake until the bacon is crisp.
