Ingredients

1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 onions, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cups diced peeled butternut squash
3 cups shredded or chopped cooked pork
780 g can diced tomatoes
780 g can baked beans
4 cups chicken stock
480 g can cream-style corn
1 cup frozen peas
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp ground cumin
¾ tsp paprika
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
3 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE

Directions

Heat oil in a large frypan over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and celery in hot oil until onion is translucent, 5-7 minutes. Stir garlic into the mixture then cook and stir another 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to slow cooker.
Stir butternut squash, pork, tomatoes, baked beans, chicken stock, corn, peas, cayenne pepper, cumin, paprika, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE into the onion mixture in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
