Ingredients

8 rashers bacon, cut in half crosswise
4 eggs
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
8 slices favourite bread, toasted
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
HORSERADISH MAYO:--
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
⅛ tsp garlic powder

Directions

Cook bacon until crisp in a large frypan. Remove and drain on paper towels. Reserve bacon drippings in pan.
Break eggs into frypan with bacon drippings. Sprinkle with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Reduce heat to low then cook eggs for 3-4 minutes until whites are completely set and yolks start to thicken. When whites are set, turn eggs over and cook 1 minute more.
Place 4 slices of bread on a cutting board. Top with cheese, tomato slices, bacon and fried eggs. Spread the remaining four bread slices with SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO then place on sandwiches.
Horseradish Mayo: Combine mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and garlic powder in a small bowl then set aside until ready to use.
