Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, shredded
2 large eggs
500 g ground chicken
500 g ground beef
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
3 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
Boil buckwheat in 2 cups of water until fully cooked.
Preheat a frypan with oil over medium heat. Add in diced onion and grated carrots. Cook until mixture is softened. Purée with a blender.
Combine buckwheat, eggs, vegetables, ground meats, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Stir to combine until you get an even mixture.
Form a patty about the size of your palm. Place a non-stick frypan on medium/high heat, and brown both sides of each patty. Place them on a baking tray.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 175°C. Serve immediately.
