Ingredients

1 egg
1 tbsp beef stock
1 tbsp light soy sauce
¼ cup dried breadcrumbs
1 brown onion, grated
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp ground black pepper
500 g mince, cheapest
4 hamburger buns - very fresh
2 tsp Dijon mustard
SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE

Directions

In a large bowl, beat egg with stock and soy sauce. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, ginger, garlic, Dijon mustard and pepper. Add mince and mix with your hands until combined. Shape into 1cm thick patties. Place patties on oiled grill over a medium heat and cook, turning once.
Serve with your favourite filling and lashings of SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE.
