Ingredients

1 egg
1 tbsp beef stock
1 tbsp light soy sauce
¼ cup dried breadcrumbs
1 brown onion, grated
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp ground black pepper
500 g mince, cheapest
4 hamburger buns - very fresh
2 tsp SIDS WINE & PEPPER MUSTARD
SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE

Directions

In a large bowl, beat egg with stock and soy sauce. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, ginger, garlic, SIDS WINE & PEPPER MUSTARD and pepper. Add mince and mix with your hands until combined. Shape into 1cm thick patties. Place patties on oiled grill over a medium heat and cook, turning once.
Serve with your favourite filling and lashings of SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE.
