Ingredients
600 g can butter beans, drained & rinsed
1-2 lemons, zest & juice
4 tsp chilli oil
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup flat leaf parsley
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
400 g raw prawns, dressed
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, pour in lemon juice and zest, garlic, parsley and SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Whisk vigorously while pouring in 2 tsp oil. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Toss the prawns in the remaining oil and grill until they change colour, about 2 minutes each side.
Place beans on plates, add prawns and serve.
