Ingredients

1 kg butternut pumpkin, peeled
2 onions, chopped
1 tbsp butter
4 cups vegetable stock
½ cup cream
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch ground cinnamon
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Cut the pumpkin into quarters. In a large microwave-safe dish combine butternut, SIDS CRAZY SALT, onions and butter. Cover and cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir in stock and cook on high for 20-25 minutes until pumpkin is tender. Blitz until smooth with no lumps. Add cream and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Cook further 3-4 minutes until heated through again. Flavour with nutmeg, cloves & cinnamon to taste. Try a pinch of curry powder too.
