Ingredients

500 g ground beef
2 tbsp rice bran oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 medium carrots
1 large onion
½ cup rice
140 g tomato paste
3 bay leaves
1 litre chicken stock
½ large cabbage
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Preheat a pot with oil over medium-heat. Add ground beef and SIDS CRAZY SALT to the pot and break it down as it cooks with no lumps.
Add chopped carrots and onion to the cooked beef. Sauté until the veggies are softened. Add rice, tomato paste, bay leaves, and stock.
Bring everything to simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Add chopped cabbage and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Thicken if necessary.
Stir in heavy cream and immediately remove from heat.
