Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
½ onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 litres water
4 tsp chicken stock
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ head cabbage, cored & coarsely chopped
400 g tomatoes, diced
Directions
In a large stockpot, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic then cook until onion is transparent, about 5 minutes.
Stir in water, stock, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and SIDS CRAZY SALT. Bring to a boil, then stir in cabbage. Simmer until cabbage wilts, about 10 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes. Return to a boil, then simmer 15-30 minutes, stirring often.
